Nice newly redone hotel. Friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience. Also liked the fact that there are fridges and microwaves in the rooms.

Traveling as Couple
we did encounter one problem with our stay. we booked a queen room with a murphy bed for two couples the day before we cruised which we got and found it very nice for what we intended it for. we made sure we had the same type room for when we returned, which was already booked through priceline. upon our return to the hotel after our cruise we were informed that there were no rooms left with a murphy bed. we did get a room with a queen and they did give us 2 air mattresses but we were disappointed especially since we were assured of our reservation before we cruised. this is the only negative thing we have to say. otherwise our stay was perfect. ...read more

Solo Traveler
The hotel isn't in
central condado but is like four blocks away so not bad. It's a really nice place, the staff is helpful, the pool is nice and has a hot tub.

Very friendly, clean and staff was very attentive and prompt. Flat screen TV. Hotel provided free internet and a nice area to sit and conversant. Nice flow.

The hotel staff was all great. Hotel is centrally located and a 24 hour grocery store across the street was great. Hotel also had a mini fridge and a microwave. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. ...read more

I would recommend this to a couple who aren't rich but wants to stay at a nice hotel. It sits in a local spot for taxi service or rent a car. It is not near old SanJaun but it has good nightlife two blocks away. ...read more
